Thinh started as staff in the Physical Measurement Laboratory in the Remote Sensing Group at NIST Gaithersburg this summer. Congratulations Thinh!

Leah started her lab in the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at the University of Maryland this summer. The Dodson group will utilize laser spectroscopy and mass spectrometry to investigate the formation of metal-organic molecules in the interstellar medium and acid-catalyzed isomerization in planetary atmospheres. Congratulations Leah!

Group member Hannah Szentkuti was awarded the National Science Foundation Graduate Student Fellowship (Graduate Research Fellowship Program- GRFP)

Group member Joey Messinger won the Chateaubriand Fellowship for study abroad at the Institute of Physics, University of Rennes, France.

Ofir received his PhD in physical chemistry from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem for his work on ultrafast pump-probe spectroscopy, and has worked as a senior researcher in spectral remote sensing in the Environmental Physics Department at the Israel Institute for Biological Research. Here he will continue to work on projects related to remote sensing as well as investigating aerosol chemistry.
